An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Receptionist to join a vibrant, independent media agency of 220 passionate creatives who are dedicated to producing outstanding work for their clients—and it all starts at the front desk.
As the first point of contact in this busy and buzzy environment, you’ll play a key role in delivering a first-class experience to every visitor and caller. You’ll work closely with the Office Manager to support day-to-day operations, including:
- Booking travel for the team
- Coordinating meeting rooms with the right equipment and refreshments
