This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with three of the organisation’s most visible senior leaders, operating at the intersection of finance, strategy, and global markets. • Preparing for high‑profile investor events, conferences, and results‑related activities.
  • Managing the distribution of monthly management accounts via board‑level platforms.
  • Acting as a central liaison between finance, IR, senior PAs, and leadership teams to ensure smooth information flow.

  • Providing senior‑level PA cover during peak periods and supporting additional executives as required.
  • Managing expenses with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a PA at senior or executive level, ideally within a FTSE‑listed, Big Four, or similarly complex corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting cycles, market‑facing deadlines, and stakeholder‑driven roles such as Investor Relations.
  • Confidence supporting executives who operate under scrutiny and time pressure.
  • Advanced skills in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Adobe.
  • Experience managing multi‑leg, international travel.
  • Exposure to board governance platforms (desirable but not essential).
