Location: London – City - Bank

Our client, a city‑based Asset Management house, is looking for a high‑performing Team Assistant to support the busy Investment Team, working across emerging and developed markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a market‑leading investment team and contribute to its continued commercial success in a fast‑paced environment. The role is a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract with the potential for permanent.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Investment teams.
  • Manage complex diary coordination across multiple time zones, anticipating scheduling challenges and proactively resolving conflicts.
  • Co‑ordinate meeting logistics for internal and external stakeholders, handling in‑person and MS Teams calls.
  • Maintain client meeting tracker and team annual leave calendar.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for general and administrative inquiries.
  • Design travel itineraries, handle bookings, accommodation, transfers, visa support, and manage monthly travel and expense processing.
  • Maintain accurate records in research management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting large, dynamic teams.
  • Financial services background – Asset Management preferred.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent (desirable).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset.
