We’re on the hunt for a superstar Temporary Office Manager!
Start: ASAP – End of January
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (with some flex)
An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Office Manager to join a vibrant, independent media agency of 220 passionate creatives who are dedicated to producing outstanding work for their clients.
In this busy environment you’ll be the go-to person for everything office-related—keeping things safe, functional, and fabulous. You’ll work closely with front-of-house colleagues to ensure the workspace runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Be the fixer-in-chief for all things maintenance—liaising with landlords, suppliers & contractors.
- Keep health & safety in tip-top shape.
- Make sure the space stays clean, safe, and working like a well-oiled machine.
- Manage our service provider squad (cleaners, waste, utilities—you name it).
- Support IT & Ops with desks, AV, air conditioning, access cards, and all infrastructure bits.
- Do regular office walkthroughs to spot and sort any issues before anyone else.
- Keep essential stock in check and top up when needed.
- Coordinate maintenance work with minimal disruption.
- Keep important docs up to date – risk assessments, incident logs, the whole shebang.
- Help prep for an office move happening in Dec/Jan.
