A well established and super successful, global publishing firm is seeking an Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of their West End based office. Working within a fantastic, close knit team of circa 35 ppl, they are looking for someone who is extremely switched on and personable and excited to make this role their own.
A varied and responsible role where no two days will be the same, they need someone to be the lynch pin of the office and be that “GO-TO”.
Your remit will include:
Book Travel
IT and Telecoms Support
Answer any incoming calls
Manage suppliers and contractors
Manage daily facilities and maintenance issues
Compliance support
Admin support to the team including arranging meetings
Organise team events
Order all office supplies
Ensure the office looks presentable and inviting, someone with a good eye!
Organise their publishing room/space
Overflow support to the HR Team – on/off boarding
They are looking for someone who has previous office management/operations experience, who is super flexible, pro-active and keen to get stuff done. You will be a go-getter, who can take lead and implement systems and procedure to ensure the office is a great place to work for all employees!
Based 4 days in office and 1 day a week at home (generally a Friday) but they can be super flexible with working and being in less days as and when required.
