This is a busy, varied, and highly visible role where you'll be the face of the business, ensuring visitors receive a first-class experience while helping to keep the office running smoothly. You'll be joining a dynamic, social, and collaborative team for a 3-week booking in July.
Key Responsibilities:- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing reception and maintaining a professional front-of-house environment
- Coordinating meeting rooms
- Managing post, couriers, deliveries, and office supplies
- Providing day-to-day office coordination and administrative support
- Ensuring the office remains organised and well stocked
- Assisting with board meetings and events
- Previous Reception and Office Coordination experience is essential
- A confident, polished, and professional communicator
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
