We’re on the lookout for a superstar PA / Office Manager to join a thriving consultancy firm based in stunning London offices. Supporting up to Board level, you’ll sit right at the heart of the business. From keeping leadership running smoothly to ensuring the office operates like a well-oiled machine, you’ll be the go-to person who makes everything happen. What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-level PA support, including diary, inbox, and travel management.
- Anticipating needs, managing shifting priorities, and staying one step ahead at all times.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing briefing packs, and ensuring leadership are always fully prepared.
- Driving actions and follow-ups to keep priorities and projects moving.
- Supporting with project coordination, research, and internal communications.
- Managing expenses, approvals, and general administration with precision and efficiency.
- Taking ownership of everything office management, including office supplies and equipment, supplier and contractor management, facilities, IT, building management and day-to-day operations.
- Helping organise company events, leadership off-sites, and team initiatives.
- Acting as the go-to point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, including occasional front-of-house reception duties.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a PA and Office Manager within a corporate environment.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or Board-level executives.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and always thinking of better, smarter ways to do things.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and meticulous with detail.
- A confident and professional communicator who handles sensitive information with discretion.
- Approachable, collaborative, and known as the person who simply gets things done.
