As PA to the Chief Executive, you will provide high‑level administrative, organisational, and strategic support, including:
- Full diary and inbox management, ensuring the CE’s time is prioritised effectively
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, briefings, and presentations
- Preparing documents, reports, agendas, and meeting packs
- Acting as a key liaison point between the CE and internal/external stakeholders
- Arranging international and domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Supporting with board meetings, governance processes, and follow‑up actions
- Managing confidential information with absolute discretion
- Providing wider support to leadership teams as needed

About You
