We are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing co-working space provider to recruit a confident and personable Community Manager to be the face of their stunning new building in Borough location. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a front-of-house, client-focused role, where building relationships and creating a vibrant, welcoming environment is key.

The Role

  • Based on reception, you will act as the central point of contact for all members and visitors, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience at all times.
  • You’ll take full ownership of the community, developing strong relationships and fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Acting as the face of the business, delivering a warm and professional welcome
    • Building and managing strong client relationships, ensuring high member satisfaction and retention
    • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the space, maintaining exceptional standards
    • Managing meeting room bookings, meeting room set ups, enquiries, and daily operations
    • Supporting and hosting community events and networking opportunities
    • Handling queries, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring a seamless client experience
    • Working closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence

About You

  • Previous experience in a client-facing / front-of-house / or co-working environment
  • A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating community
