A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Executives Development Coordinator to join this Global Food Group who are present in over 50 countries. You will be supporting the Executive Development Management within the Executive Development Team with all Programs and Events, , as well as bespoke development initiatives and talent data. This will suit someone who is able to travel on occasion to support the team with all events. This role is a multi faceted role with lots of elements to it, so requires someone who is able to confidently multitask whilst supporting this busy team and posses first class communication skills. . You will be responsible for creating a positive environment at events (via venues, accommodation, schedules, logistics, materials) as well as managing communications and liaising with participants to ensure they have what they need. You will support the team by providing data, reports, presentations, and communications more broadly. You will also be involved in managing budgets, invoices, travel, and expenses for programmes.

Event Management ; Manage the Master Schedule, logistics, venues, course materials, participants, evaluations and communications to ensure the smooth running of all events. Working closely with external providers for programmes and events run by the Executive Development Manager and Group Head of People & Performance Projects;

Data Analysis and System Support; Supporting users of the platforms helping them with any issues. Providing feedback and contributing to the development of the platform. Producing all reports and data analysis. You will be the system admin manager across the digital platforms.

Communication; Plan and execute a timetable of communications and updates as agreed with the Executive Development Team.

The Person; You must have managed complex tasks, including the planning and delivery of projects, be tech savvy and able to maintain and update digital platforms in an efficient manner and have a proven track record developing relationships at all levels. You will have a pragmatic, can do approach to delivering results against strict deadlines and be able to take any obstacles in your stride and in a positive manner. You will be happy to travel to assist with the delivery of programs

This will suit someone from an L&D coordination or corporate events background.
