This is a strategic, business-facing role where you'll partner with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive organisational effectiveness, and build high-performing, inclusive teams across a globally distributed workforce.
What you'll be doing Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
Coach and influence managers on performance, talent, organisational design, and employee engagement.
Lead complex employee relations matters with a pragmatic, commercially balanced approach.
Support organisational change, transformation, and business growth initiatives.
Drive talent, succession, and workforce planning in partnership with hiring leaders.
Use people data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve outcomes.
Champion an exceptional employee experience while helping scale people practices across international teams.
You'll bring: Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, People Lead, or Head of People in a fast-paced, scaling organisation working within a similar industry for a company size of 300-1000 people A strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Expertise in employee relations, organisational change, and leadership coaching.
Experience supporting global or multi-jurisdiction teams.
A collaborative, hands-on approach with the confidence to navigate complexity and drive positive change.
