Experienced, super switched on, and confident Executive Assistant required to join a fast-paced financial services firm in the West End. Working for an extremely successful and well-established firm of circa 40 people, they require a career driven EA to support two extremely busy Executives.

Working to tight deadlines, within a super fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for full on EA support, across both business and private affairs. Remit to include:

  • Managing complex diary and inbox
  • Booking multi-stop global travel trips
  • Producing documents
  • Managing expenses
  • Arranging high level client calls and meetings
  • Private support and more...

You:

  • C-Suite Level EA experience
  • MUST have experience within financial services
  • Happy to be based in the office f/t 5 days a week
  • Able to manage a busy workload
