Experienced, super switched on, and confident Executive Assistant required to join a fast-paced financial services firm in the West End. Working for an extremely successful and well-established firm of circa 25 people, they require a career driven EA to support an extremely busy Executive.

Working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for:

  • Arranging and managing complex inbox, diary and global travel
  • Producing documents
  • Managing expenses
  • Arranging calls and meetings
  • Private support

C-Suite Level EA experience is essential along with experience within financial services. Happy to be based in the office full-time, 5 days a week, you must be able to manage a busy workload.
