The OpportunityAs Executive Assistant, you\’ll act as a true right hand to the CEO keeping priorities on track, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and enabling leadership to focus on driving the business forward.

You\’ll be at a pivotal part of the business, exposed to senior stakeholders, and trusted with highly confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage a complex, ever-changing calendar across multiple time zones.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and leadership priorities.

Prepare board packs, presentations, and key business documentation.

Plan and manage detailed domestic and international travel.

Draft and manage communications on behalf of the CEO.

Prepare briefing materials for meetings, press, and events.

Support business projects, collaborations, and key initiatives.

Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Provide ad-hoc personal and administrative support as required.

About You

3+ years\’ experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in fashion, retail, media, or a creative industry.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong communicator, both written and verbal.

Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure.

Tech-savvy.

Professional, discreet, and solutions focused.
