We are currently recruiting for an experienced C‐Suite EA to support the CTO of a mutli-national PLC, in a role that blends classic EA responsibilities with project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. Working for this FTSE 50 retailer, you will need be an agile EA, who has experience supporting in an ever changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inboxes, diaries, and meetings across multiple time zones
Schedule and coordinate appointments, locations, and logistics for internal and external meetings
Set up and attend CTO meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
Draft communications on behalf of senior leaders with clarity and professionalism
Organise video conferences, room bookings, catering, and dial‐ins
Arrange complex international travel itineraries, including visas, medical arrangements, and currency needs
Filter calls and requests, prioritising based on business needs
Prepare presentations, documentation, briefs, and formatted materials to a high standard
Research and manipulate data for weekly meeting decks and strategic presentations
Act as a key point of contact for executives, employees, clients, and external partners
Troubleshoot IT issues and liaise with HR and IT for onboarding new joiners
Manage invoices, corporate card bills, personal expenses, and phone bills
Coordinate UK and international departmental events and conferences
Maintain departmental databases, organisation charts, and general admin systems
Collaborate with other PAs across the wider business to ensure seamless support
Provide project management support and share best practices
Promote excellent client relationships and support visiting colleagues
Arrange couriers for confidential materials as required
Candidate Profile
Extensive experience of successfully applying PA skills within multi‐national organisation.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Confident with Microsoft Office, and presentation tools
Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information
Comfortable managing competing priorities and solving problems independently
