Our client is a full-service creative agency based in the heart of Hackney, East London. They work with Blue Chip clients across the UK, Europe and US to prepare and produce outstanding advertising campaigns. They are currently looking for a Creative Coordinator to join their Operations Team, the beating heart of the studio—someone who lives at the intersection of creative and account handling, keeps everything running smoothly, and thrives in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
About the Role
As Creative Operations Coordinator, you'll be the glue between the account handling and design teams—making sure briefs are clear, timelines are hit, and creative work gets delivered on point and on time. Think: newsroom energy with creative flair. You’ll manage the design board like an editor, shuffle priorities when needed, keep track of every moving part, and help push the work through from concept to completion. This is a pivotal role for someone who loves getting things done, is obsessed with detail, and wants to be right at the core of a creative studio.
What You’ll Do
- Bridge the Teams: Be the central point of communication between account managers and the creative/design team. Translate project requirements into clear actions and updates.
- Run the Design Board: Manage workflow and daily task schedules across the studio. Shuffle priorities as needed and keep momentum going.
- Proof and Check: Review artwork, documents, and outputs before they go out the door—you're the final quality filter.
- Keep Things Moving: Ensure deadlines are hit, updates are shared, and everyone knows what’s coming next.
- Support the Studio: Keep processes tight, help allocate designers to projects, book in freelance support if needed, and ensure the right files are in the right hands.
About You
We’re open-minded on background—we’re looking for the right person, not a CV tick-box. You might be:
- A recent graduate with energy, focus, and raw potential.
- Someone with creative agency or studio experience, ready for more ownership.
What matters most:
- Detail-Oriented and Organised: You keep a tight ship. Nothing gets missed.
- Adaptable: You handle shifting deadlines, curveballs, and pressure with a cool head.
- Clear Communicator: You can talk to everyone—from clients to creatives—and make things happen.
- Team-First Attitude: You love bringing people together and making sure everyone is aligned and supported.
