Our client, a leading global retailer, is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their prestigious Chairman’s Office. This role will work alongside three Senior Executive Assistants, providing high-level support to the Chairman, CPPO, and Finance Executives, ensuring the smooth running of critical operations at the heart of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Chairman’s Office team to maximise efficiency and organisation.
- Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings, calls, and events with senior stakeholders globally.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and medical requirements.
- Organise in-person and virtual events for small and large groups, sourcing venues within budget.
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CPPO, filtering calls and requests with professionalism.
- Provide support to Non-Executive Directors and other senior PAs as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a PA or in team support roles.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work collaboratively.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence liaising with senior stakeholders.
- Strong international diary and travel management experience.
- Advanced IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
