A friendly and welcoming firm of Engineers and Architects are looking for a super easy going, down to earth and well skilled Secretary / PA to support their team up to Partner Level. A busy and varied role where you will work in a small, close knit team, they are looking for someone with a good sense of humour, strong work ethic and the ability to really muck in, with no job being too small.

Your daily remit will include:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Dictation
  • Producing letters
  • Proofreading documents
  • Diary management
  • Managing in-house technical library and database
  • Ordering all office supplies
  • Onboarding new starters
  • Planning meetings and travel itineraries
  • Research
  • Invoicing
  • All accompanying administration
