We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Manager with proven Personal Assistant experience to support two Co-CEOs while taking full ownership of the day-to-day operations of a busy, 100-person office. This position is ideally suited to an individual who has operated within an SME or start-up environment and is confident managing both office infrastructure and executive support in a fast-paced, evolving business.
The Role
This is both an office management-focused and PA position. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a well-run, efficient, and professional workplace, ensuring that both employees and leadership are fully supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of office operations for a 100-person team
- Ensure the office environment is organised, fully resourced, and operating efficiently at all times
- Manage suppliers, facilities, and office budgets
- Oversee health & safety, policies, and workplace standards
- Coordinate internal events, team activities, and company-wide initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements to support business growth
- Provide PA support to the Co-CEOs, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting organisation
- Act as a central point of contact across the business
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in Office Management, alongside PA/EA support within an SME or start-up environment
- Ideally degree educated or equivalent
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- A confident, well-spoken communicator with a professional presence
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
