Executive Assistant to Co-CEOs & Office Manager

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our two Co-CEOs while also taking ownership of office management for our vibrant, 100-person team.

The Role
You’ll be the right hand to our Co-CEOs and the heartbeat of the office—balancing strategic support with day-to-day operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management for two busy Co-CEOs
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and key company events
- Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted liaison internally and externally
- Overseeing the smooth running of a dynamic, 100-person office
- Building and improving processes to increase efficiency as we scale
- Supporting company culture initiatives and social events
