KMK are delighted to be working with a global AI-native engineering consulting firm, who are looking to recruit a HRBP / Head of People Partnering to join their team of 16, working at a time of huge growth, covering a 9-12 month maternity contract.
Supporting their global leadership team, this is a senior strategic business partnering role rather than a traditional Head of People position. They are looking for an experienced HRBP leader who understands professional services, technology consulting and knowledge-based people focused business.
You will partner closely with senior leaders across the organisation, providing guidance and challenge on:
- Organisational design
- Leadership effectiveness
- Workforce planning
- Performance
- Talent and change
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly credible and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with senior technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements:
