Our client, a FinTech business, is looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to support their Talent Team in a fast-paced and exciting environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR and Talent Acquisition, gaining hands-on experience while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers across the business.
As an HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly by:
- Managing candidate records and maintaining accurate recruitment data
- Completing database cleansing and data accuracy projects
- Providing general administrative support to the Talent Team
- Assisting with recruitment coordination and candidate communications
- Supporting the team with reporting and ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Supporting recruitment projects and process improvements
- Building relationships across multiple departments
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word is required. Previous administration experience is desirable but not essential. An interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition would be advantageous.
