KMK are excited to be working on this newly created IR PA role - 5 days office! We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Investor Relations Director, Head of Responsible Investment, and an Associate within a fast-paced Private Equity environment. This is a varied and high-responsibility role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and takes pride in delivering seamless administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will be confident managing complex schedules, anticipating the needs of senior stakeholders, and maintaining absolute discretion at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive PA support to the IR Director, Head of Responsible Investment, and Associate
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, and inboxes, often across multiple time zones
- Coordinating detailed travel arrangements, including last-minute changes and international itineraries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on DealCloud
- Processing expenses efficiently and in line with internal policies
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting wider IR and Responsible Investment activity as required in a fast-moving environment
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Team or Personal Assistant, ideally within Private Equity, Asset Management, Financial Services, or a similarly fast-paced professional environment
- Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities
- Confident using CRM systems (DealCloud experience highly desirable)
- Strong communication skills with a professional and proactive approach
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting quickly to change
- High levels of discretion and professionalism
