What you’ll be doing:
- Owning complex diaries and calendars for a busy Deal Team
- Coordinating international travel across multiple time zones
- Managing and maintaining the deal log, working closely with Associates
- Preparing and updating presentations, reports, and documents
- Organising meetings, roadshows, and team events
- Providing hands-on team support — no task too big or small
This is a role for someone proactive, intuitive, and always one step ahead. It’s not strictly 9–5, so flexibility and a calm head under pressure are essential.
