We are recruiting an immediately available, polished, and professional Temporary Receptionist to support a global corporate organisation based near Tottenham Court Road. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong front-of-house experience who is confident representing a high-profile business.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting all visitors, clients, and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Managing the switchboard and directing calls efficiently
- Issuing visitor passes and maintaining the arrivals log
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms, ensuring all spaces are clean, tidy, and fully equipped
- Coordinating refreshments, catering orders, and ensuring hospitality runs smoothly
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
