The Role

As their Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome. You’ll also support basic office management and health & safety duties, helping to keep our workspace running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with hospitality for guests
  • Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors and contractors
  • Support health & safety compliance, including fire drills and first aid coordination
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and team support as needed
