Calling all exceptional PAs and Office Managers… this one’s special. We’re on the lookout for a superstar PA / Office Manager to join a consultancy firm based in stunning London offices. This role isn’t just about experience – personality, initiative, and attitude are everything. We’re looking for someone who is sharp, proactive, fun to be around, and always two steps ahead.

Supporting up to MD level, you’ll sit right at the heart of the business, from keeping leadership running smoothly to ensuring the office operates like a well-oiled machine, you’ll be the go-to person who makes everything happen. If you thrive on pace, variety, and solving problems before they even arise, this role will feel like home.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing PA support including diary, inbox and travel management.
  • Anticipating needs, managing shifting priorities, and staying one step ahead at all times.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing briefing packs, and ensuring leaders are always fully prepared.
  • Driving actions and follow-ups to keep priorities and projects moving.
  • Supporting with project coordination, research, and internal communications.
  • Managing expenses, approvals, and general administration with precision and efficiency.
  • Taking ownership of office management: equipment, suppliers, facilities, and day-to-day operations.
  • Helping to organise company events, leadership off-sites, and team initiatives.
  • Being that go to person for internal and external parties - FOH reception duties included!
