We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support two Executives within a fast-growing consultancy firm located in the heart of the City. This is a full-time, office-based role within a high-performing, collaborative environment offering excellent benefits and a vibrant workplace culture.
As a key organisational anchor for the business, you will ensure the seamless running of both executive support and day-to-day office operations. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, excels at anticipating needs, and enjoys contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere.
Executive Support- Provide comprehensive PA support to both Co-Founders, including complex diary and inbox management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Anticipate requirements and proactively manage shifting priorities with efficiency and discretion.
- Prepare briefing materials, coordinate meeting logistics, and ensure the leadership team is consistently set up for success.
- Act as a trusted liaison between the Founders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Drive follow-up actions across key initiatives and support ad-hoc project work, research, and internal communications.
- Manage expenses, approvals, documentation, and general administrative duties.
- Oversee the smooth running of the office, ensuring all equipment, supplies, and workspace facilities are maintained to a high standard.
- Support the planning and delivery of company events, team socials, and leadership off-sites.
- Assist with operational processes and contribute to improving systems and ways of working across the firm.
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders or founders within a fast-paced, high-growth or professional services environment.
- Highly organised, composed under pressure, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and handles confidential information with absolute professionalism.
