We are partnering with a FTSE 50 market leader to appoint an outstanding Personal Assistant to support the Head of Investor Relations, FC and Head of Insurance, a high-profile and commercially critical role at the heart of the business.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with three of the organisation’s most visible senior leaders, operating at the intersection of finance, strategy, and global markets. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the function operates seamlessly, particularly around results cycles, analyst engagement, and market-sensitive activity.
This is a role suited to a highly capable PA who enjoys pace, complexity, and operating with absolute discretion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary PA to the three Executives, managing a fast-paced and highly structured diary aligned to market announcements, results periods, and investor engagement.
- Orchestrating complex schedules around financial reporting cycles, roadshows, analyst meetings, and internal briefings.
- Planning and coordinating international and UK travel, often at short notice, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Preparing for high-profile investor events, conferences, and results-related activities.
- Managing the distribution of monthly management accounts via board-level platforms.
- Acting as a central liaison between finance, IR, senior PAs, and leadership teams to ensure smooth information flow.
- Proactively identifying diary clashes or risks and resolving them before they escalate.
- Providing senior-level PA cover during peak periods and supporting additional executives as required.
- Managing expenses with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a PA at senior or executive level, ideally within a FTSE-listed, Big Four, or similarly complex corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting cycles, market-facing deadlines, and stakeholder-driven roles such as Investor Relations.
- Confidence supporting executives who operate under scrutiny and time pressure.
- Advanced skills in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Adobe.
- Experience managing multi-leg, international travel.
- Exposure to board governance platforms (desirable but not essential).
