My client a Global Retailer is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our General Counsel (GC) and Legal Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the GC with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements (including visas, hotels, and transport)
- Organise team meetings, offsites, and social events
- Maintain and improve administrative systems including e-billing, document and knowledge management
- Support internal and external reporting processes
- Prepare and manage documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Anticipate and respond to the administrative needs of the GC and wider Legal team
- Liaise with external partners such as law firms, translators, and couriers
- Process invoices and expense claims accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other PAs and provide cover across the Legal department when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience as a PA supporting senior leaders, ideally in a multinational environment
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Excellent communication skills and professional discretion
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest and implement improvements
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
- Legal sector experience is a plus, but not essential
