Temporary Office Manager & Front of House Coordinator

\\nStart: ASAP – End of January
\\nHours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (with some flex)

We’re on the lookout for a superstar Temporary Office Manager who will be based on Reception to join a vibrant, independent media agency of 220 passionate creatives who live and breathe brilliant ideas. If you love being the heartbeat of a buzzing workspace and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment—this one’s for you.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things office-related, working closely with our front-of-house legends to ensure the space runs smoothly, safely, and with serious style.

What You’ll Be Owning Day-to-Day

Office Management & Operations

\\n\\n

 Be the fixer-in-chief for all things maintenance—liaising with landlords, suppliers & contractors
\\n Keep health & safety in tip-top shape
\\n Ensure the space stays clean, safe, and running like a well-oiled machine
\\n Manage service providers (cleaners, waste, utilities—you name it)
\\n Support IT & Ops with desks, AV, air con, access cards, and infrastructure
\\n Conduct regular office walkthroughs to spot and solve issues early
\\n Monitor and replenish essential stock (yes, even loo roll)
\\n Coordinate maintenance work with minimal disruption
\\n Keep key documents up to date—risk assessments, incident logs, and more
\\n Help prep for our exciting office move in Dec/Jan

Supporting the Two main receptionist with the day to day management of the reception aeea;

Greet guests and clients with warmth and professionalism

Manage incoming calls and direct queries efficiently
\\nOversee meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are prepped and presentable
\\nHandle deliveries, post, and general front desk coordination
\\nBe the friendly face of the agency—keeping the vibe upbeat and welcoming
