We’re seeking a professional, confident, and proactive Receptionist who will become the welcoming face of the company and play a key role in creating a seamless experience for visitors, brokers, and colleagues.

About the Role
Working along with one other Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, representing the business with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness. You will work closely with brokers and clients, helping to nurture strong relationships and uphold the company’s reputation in the market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors, clients, and brokers with professionalism.
- Acting as the primary liaison for the reception area, enquiries, and incoming calls.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with brokers and external partners.
Office & Meeting Support
- Setting up, maintaining, and resetting meeting rooms to a high standard.
- Coordinating refreshments, equipment, and room bookings to ensure meetings run smoothly.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the office, including supplies, deliveries, and general organisation.
- Helping with administrative tasks across the team when needed.
Environment & Culture
- Ensuring the office remains tidy, well-presented, and reflective of a high-quality insurance firm.
- Contributing positively to the atmosphere of a newly established workspace.
