Are you great with people, naturally organised and someone who enjoys being the face of a business?
We’re looking for a Junior Receptionist to join a fantastic London business and become a key part of its team.
You don’t need years of reception experience. If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, events, travel or another people-focused environment, and you're ready to bring those skills into a professional office, we'd love to hear from you.
What will you be doing?
- Welcoming visitors and clients with a warm, professional approach
- Answering and directing calls and enquiries
- Managing meeting rooms and assisting with room bookingsHandling incoming post and deliveries
- Helping with day-to-day office administration
- Supporting meetings, events and office activities
- Liaising with suppliers and building management
- Keeping the reception and front‑of‑house areas looking fantastic
- Providing general support to the wider team
What we're looking for
We're much more interested in your personality and attitude than having a perfect reception CV.
You could be working as a waiter/waitress, hotel receptionist, retail assistant, customer service advisor, events host, cabin crew member or in another customer-facing role and be ready for your next move.

- Organised and able to juggle different tasks
- Comfortable speaking to people at all levels
- Reliable, proactive and keen to learn
