We are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing co‑working space provider to recruit a confident and personable Community Manager to be the face of their stunning new building in Borough location. The Role
Based on reception, you will act as the central point of contact for all members and visitors, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience at all times. You’ll take full ownership of the community, developing strong relationships and fostering a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
- Acting as the face of the business, delivering a warm and professional welcome
- Building and managing strong client relationships, ensuring high member satisfaction and retention
- Overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the space, maintaining exceptional standards
- Managing meeting room bookings, meeting room set ups, enquiries, and daily operations
- Supporting and hosting community events and networking opportunities
