We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Investor Relations Team of a fast-paced Private Equity company.

This is a varied and high-responsibility role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and takes pride in delivering seamless administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will be confident managing complex schedules, anticipating the needs of senior stakeholders, and maintaining absolute discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support to the IR Director, Head of Responsible Investment, and Associate
  • Managing complex diaries, meetings, and inboxes, often across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating detailed travel arrangements, including last-minute changes and international itineraries
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on DealCloud
  • Processing expenses efficiently and in line with internal policies
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting wider IR and Responsible Investment activity as required in a fast-moving environment

Requires a minimum of 6 months experience within an Investor Relations Team!
