KMK are delighted to be partnering with a global AI-native engineering consulting firm to recruit an experienced HRBP / Head of People Partnering for a 9–12 month maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing People team of 16 during a period of significant global growth. Reporting into the senior leadership team, this is a strategic business partnering role rather than a traditional Head of People position, supporting leaders across a fast-paced, remote-first organisation.
The successful candidate will bring extensive HR Business Partnering experience within a technology, consulting or professional services environment and will be comfortable operating at executive level, influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisational effectiveness.
The Role
- As a trusted strategic partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across the business, providing expert guidance and constructive challenge on key people initiatives, including:
- Executive and senior leadership partnering
- Organisational design and effectiveness
- Leadership coaching and capability development
- Talent and succession planning
- Workforce planning to support continued growth
- Change management and organisational transformation
- Employee relations and performance management
- Leading and developing the People Partnering function
About You
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Significant experience in a senior HR Business Partnering or People Partnering leadership role
- A background within technology, software engineering, digital, consulting or professional services
- Experience supporting organisations of approximately 300–1,000 employees
- Strong commercial understanding of utilisation-led or project-based businesses
- Experience partnering with globally distributed and remote teams
- A proven ability to influence, coach and challenge senior stakeholders with credibility
