We are seeking an experienced, immediately available Temporary Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to three Senior Executives within a global FTSE 50 organisation. This is a demanding role requiring exceptional organisation, resilience, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, professional executive support to three senior leaders.
  • Manage complex global diaries, scheduling high-volume meetings across multiple international timezones.
  • Coordinate extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and last-minute changes.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders worldwide.
  • Anticipate executives’ needs, prioritise competing demands, and maintain calm under pressure.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations while adapting to shifting priorities and urgent requests.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior executives within a large, complex organisation.
  • Extensive experience managing global diaries and international travel across multiple timezones.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure, ever-changing corporate environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging at senior and board level.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
