This fast-paced and varied PA position requires a proactive and intuitive individual with solid Private Equity experience. You’ll be supporting a dynamic team where you will need to stay two steps ahead and ensuring their schedules and priorities run seamlessly.
Key PA responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and calendar management
- International travel arrangements
- Managing the deal log and ensuring accurate data entry with Associates
- Preparing and updating presentations and reports
- Coordinating meetings and events across multiple time zones
