KeyResponsibilities
- Managinganddistributingallincomingpensions-relatedpost
- Maintainingaccuratedigitalandpaper-basedfilingsystems
- Supportingthepensionsteamwithday-to-dayadministrativetasks
- Updatingrecords,processingdata,andpreparingcorrespondence
- Liaisingwithinternaldepartmentsandexternalpensionproviders
- Ensuringallactivitiesarecompletedinlinewithregulatoryrequirementsandinternalprocedures
- Providinggeneraladministrativesupporttothepensionsfunctionasrequired
AboutYou
Tobesuccessfulinthisrole,youwillhave:
- Previousadministrationexperience,ideallywithinpensions,financialservices,HR,orprofessionalservices
- Excellentattentiontodetailandahighlevelofaccuracy
- Strongorganisationalandtimemanagementskills
- Theabilitytomanageavariedworkloadandmeetdeadlines
- Confidentcommunicationskillsandacollaborativeapproach
- Knowledgeofpensionschemesorpensionsadministrationwouldbeadvantageousbutisnotessential
