My client are a global social purpose organisation who are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their People team. This role will report directly into the HR Director and will manage all generalist people related issues and support their strategic vision. You will also be offered incredible ongoing development, something they truly pride themselves in as a business.
Duties will include:
- Coaching and supporting line managers on all generalist related queries including absence, performance and ER issues
- Benchmarking salaries and advising on benefits and providers
- Reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring they are in line with current legislation
- Managing all ER related issues, escalating to the HRBP when necessary
- Supporting on wider projects and gathering data for things like attrition and up-to-date employee numbers
- Mentoring their HR and Recruitment Advisor
- Supporting and improving cyclical processes such as objective setting, calibration, engagement surveys and pay reviews
You must have solid HR Advisory experience and have worked within a small HR team. Strong stakeholder management skills are crucial, as well the ability to remain pragmatic and professional at all times. This is a highly operational role so you must be passionate about this side of HR.
They need someone to start as soon as possible, so you must have a maximum 1 month notice period. This is a hybrid working role, requiring 2 days a week in the office, where they also offer incredible benefits that are both flexible and competitive.
