My client are a global leading AI technology company who are looking for a Recruitment Lead to join their growing business. Having recently been acquired, they need an experienced Technology Recruiter to come onboard in a standalone capacity. They are a fully remote global business, with an office in London. Someone who has worked in a business who has undergone mergers or acquisitions is a must!
This role will involve a huge focus on hiring across multiple roles, so you must be someone who is hands on with an excellent network in the technology/AI space. Previous hires made and a network in the below is A MUST:
- Software Developers
- Machine Researchers
- Pipeline Development/Technical Director
- AI Product Managers
Alongside hiring across open roles, you will be building a strong pipeline for future hires and growth, as well as working closely with the parent company's wider recruitment team to streamline processes.
