HR Business Partner

City of London | Hybrid Working

£45,000 - £50,000 + Exceptional Benefits Package

My client is a unique, internationally respected organisation operating at the forefront of marine environmental response and technical advisory services. With a global reach and a team of around 50 employees, we are seeking an adaptable and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our close-knit team. You will work closely with one other HRBP and the Head of People.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a varied role and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Working within a small but highly successful international organisation, you will partner with leaders across the business, balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational delivery.

As HR Business Partner, you will be the trusted advisor to managers and employees across the organisation, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive a positive, high-performing culture.

  • Partnering with managers on employee relations, performance management and organisational development matters
  • Leading recruitment and onboarding activities across a range of specialist and corporate roles
  • Supporting talent development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives
  • Reviewing and developing HR policies, processes and best practice
  • Managing compensation and benefits administration
  • Supporting learning and development programmes
  • Providing HR reporting and insight to inform business decisions
  • Contributing to strategic people projects while remaining hands-on in day-to-day HR operations

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

  • Proven HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
  • Exposure to international or globally operating businesses
  • Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
