My client are a leading social impact organisation who are looking for a dedicated HR and Recruitment Advisor to join their London team. This role offers the perfect blend of recruitment responsibilities and HR advisory duties, making it an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact within a vibrant and demanding business environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire recruitment process for both external and internal positions, briefing hiring managers on recruitment processes, and providing ongoing support. You will conduct initial calls with candidates to assess suitability, offer and negotiate job positions with successful candidates, and provide comprehensive feedback following interviews.
- Supporting on internal secondments and managing visa processes, facilitating the smooth transition of employees within the company.
- Overseeing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and exit processes, managing referrals to Occupational Health, supporting parental leave cases, and handling flexible working requests and other employee relations matters with professionalism and care.

You must have experience working in a professional services, consulting or Not-for-profit organisation, ideally within a small team where you\’re used to wearing multiple hats and having lots of crossovers within your HR team.
You will have a proven track record in in-house recruitment and comprehensive HR advisory experience, particularly in managing the employee lifecycle. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment, and someone who is comfortable being a visible and proactive presence within the business is key.
