My client are a leading global retail brand who are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team in their London office. You must have strong employee relations experience and come from a specialist ER background. This role will support UK and Ireland so experience across these locations are a must. The ER Advisor will work closely with the ER Specialist and the rest of the HR Business Partnering team to manage all ER case loads, as well as other adhoc HR projects. High volume casework experience is a must as this role's biggest focus will be on managing casework.
Duties will include:
- Act as the main point of contact in relation to ER matters and provide expert advice and coaching to line managers across regions
- Lead on triage and timely organisation of cases
- Advice and lead on investigations, grievances, disciplinary hearings, redundancy consultations and other matters
- Work closely with line managers to coach and advise them with company policies, procedures and terms and conditions
- Support on ER, legislation and DEI training for managers
- Advise and support the group with ER advice such as long term sickness and disciplinaries, including investigations, meetings and documentation as required
- Create and update policies relating to ER, wellbeing and diversity, including assisting leaders in understanding and implementing the related company policies
- Measure key metrics and complete monthly reports
You must have a working knowledge of HR processes and procedures, particularly ER topics. Experience in a retail business is highly advantageous. This will be 3 days a week in their London office in Central London with amazing perks and benefits.
