Role: HR Business Partner

Location: West End

Start: January | Hybrid - 12 month FTC

We’re partnering with a hugely successful and rapidly expanding creative company that’s looking for a people-focused HR Business Partner to join them at a really exciting moment. This is a pivotal new role. The business has grown at lightning speed, and now the internal infrastructure needs to catch up. They’re looking for someone who is innovative and ready to roll up their sleeves to help shape what People & HR should look like for the future. If you’re someone who wants to make an impact, and genuinely shift the employee experience, this is an exceptional opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Being a visible, day-to-day contact for agents and teams
  • Owning and developing people processes, policies and ways of working that feel modern and human
  • Bringing order to a fast-paced, reactive environment
  • Introducing new tech, improving recruitment processes and tightening operational workflows
  • Working closely with senior leaders on culture and people initiatives
  • Supporting on benefits research, employee experience projects and longer-term planning
  • Taking ownership of areas you care about — L&D, engagement, wellbeing, DEI, benefits, systems, etc.

About You:

  • You enjoy pace and don’t mind (or even prefer) a bit of chaos
  • You like improving things and building processes rather than inheriting them
  • You’re people-first, pragmatic and solutions-focused
  • You’ve worked at HR Manager or HRBP level in a creative, agency or high-growth environment
  • You’re someone who likes being present, visible and involved day-to-day
  • You want a role that will grow and develop as the business continues to mature

Why This Role Is Different:

  • You’re not stepping into a legacy HR team—you’re helping create it.
  • You’ll be supported, trusted, and empowered to design the People function your way.
  • This is the perfect role for someone who wants to build, not just maintain.
  • If you want to make a real impact, bring clarity to chaos, and help shape the next phase of a creative, high-growth group—this is the opportunity for you.
