At KMI Brands, we’re looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven Brand & Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our global brand strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to shape brand direction, drive growth, and bring compelling campaigns to life across multiple channels.

The Role: As Brand & Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of building and growing market-leading brands. You’ll combine insight, creativity, and commercial thinking to deliver impactful brand strategies and deliver against ambitious business goals. Working cross-functionally and with external partners, you’ll ensure every consumer touchpoint reflects the brand vision while maximising performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Management
    • Develop and execute insight-led global brand strategies aligned to business objectives
    • Champion the customer—using insight to enhance brand experience and engagement
    • Identify market gaps and translate them into innovative concepts and opportunities
    • Own brand performance reporting, tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement
    • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including copy, content, and guidelines
  • Marketing & Activation
    • Contribute to global marketing plans with clear, measurable outcomes
    • Keep ahead of trends, competitor activity, and innovation to inform strategy
    • Partner closely with Product teams to align development with brand strategy
    • Support NPD launches with clear positioning and impactful storytelling
    • Conduct ongoing competitor and category analysis to maintain a best-in-class offering
  • Commercial Impact
    • Analyse sales performance, brand health, and SKU productivity
    • Partner with Commercial teams to optimise ranges and drive growth opportunities
    • Support sell‑in with best-in-class decks and retailer engagement
    • Manage brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI
  • Stakeholder & Partner Management
    • Build strong relationships across internal teams, retailers, and external partners
    • Collaborate with license partners to deliver best-in-class brand execution
    • Lead partner training and ensure alignment across all stakeholders

  • Proven experience in brand management, ideally within beauty or FMCG
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insight into action
  • Confident communicator with experience working cross-functionally
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
