Carpenter/Multi Sole Trader in Romford

Competent Sole Multi-trader required. CIS REGISTERED ONLY

This is an opportunity for sole traders To work on a price basis. Not an employed position.

Void works/ day to day jobs on schedule of rates on a percentage minus. The more/ quicker you work the more you make.

Work In various areas. Havering, ESSEX, Uttlesford District

This position does not have to be a singular person. If you have another tradesmen/labourer you work alongside we will be able to cover the workload.

Own van transport & own tools is a must. No exceptions.
Punctuality is a must.
Be willing to travel, work location is varied.

You will work to Schedule of rates Book MH3 V7.1 specification with a percentage deducted. That has the works /quantities listed.

Property disrepair works.
Void property refurbishments.
Full Kitchen / Bathroom refurbishments, one sheet flooring. These will be fitted to the standard housing specification.
General day to day maintenance internal & external.

Price work readily available.
Payments 30 days from invoice.

Experience:

• Painting: 2 years (preferred)
• Bathroom installs: 4 years (preferred)
• Kitchen installs: 4 years (preferred)
• Carpenter & Multi trade works: 5 years (preferred)
