Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to join its growing team in
North England.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in the construction sector to develop new business, manage key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, plant hire companies, developers, and key decision-makers.
- Manage and grow an existing customer base while actively winning new accounts.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure outstanding customer service.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or similar role.
- Previous experience selling into the construction sector is essential.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively.
- Full UK driving licence.
