A leading national law firm ranked highly in the Legal 500 are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join their Clinical Negligence team in London.

You will join a highly regarded team working on defendant clinical negligence matters on behalf of NHS Trusts and GPs. The team are ranked number one in the legal directories for defendant clinical negligence work.

You will carry out a wide range of clinical negligence claims including complex and high value matters. You will also work closely with teams that advise on inquests, regulatory matters, judicial reviews and clinical risk management.

You will manage your own caseload of claims from pre-action cases to litigation as well as assisting other members of the team on higher value or complex claims involving maximum severity injuries.

The team are looking to recruit several lawyers so please apply if you have between 3-8 years PQE in clinical negligence with a genuine interest in healthcare. You must have experience in clinical negligence claims from a well-regarded practice. A background in defendant matters would be an advantage but those from a claimant practice will also be considered.
