A leading global law firm is seeking a Real Estate PSL Lawyer to join their team fully-remotely. You will work with one of the world's leading real estate teams whose work includes real estate finance, asset management, due diligence support and corporate real estate.
You will join a team that uses bespoke technology solutions to deliver services. There will be monthly team training as well as team building and regular opportunities for socialising.
Responsibilities will include:
- Producing high-value knowledge content for internal and external use
- Monitoring the use of legal technology platforms used by the team
- Assisting in exploring new technology
- Maintaining and updating existing precedent documents
- Tracking legal developments
- Supporting fee-earners with legal queries
- Promoting knowledge sharing
- Delivering training
- Supporting thought leadership and BD activities
You must be England and Wales qualified and will have at least 7 years PQE in commercial real estate from a well-regarded city or global law firm. You should have technical expertise in either real estate finance, corporate M&A, due diligence or asset management.
